High-Spec Washroom Refurbishment – The Colmore Building, Birmingham
Zenith was appointed to transform the washroom facilities on the 11th floor of Birmingham’s prestigious Colmore Building. The project involved a complete strip out of existing installations and the installation of premium finishes and fittings, delivering a sleek and contemporary space in line with the building’s high standards. The Dolphin Alavo integrated mirror system, bespoke IPS panels, and high-quality sanitaryware all contributed to enhanced functionality and aesthetic appeal. Warehouse Facility Renewed with Industrial Flooring
In this warehouse project, Zenith combined our refitment and flooring expertise to prepare the space for a new occupier. The existing floor underwent extensive preparation including shot blasting, repairs, and priming before an industrial-grade pumped screed and epoxy resin coating were applied. The result is a flat, robust floor able to withstand heavy forklift traffic and provide a professional finish that meets the client’s requirements. “Heavy Metal” – Hygienic Flooring for Vegan Food Supplier
When a leading vegan food producer in Gloucestershire needed a robust hygienic flooring solution for a kitchen produce area, Zenith responded with a seamless and durable polyurethane system. The challenge of working over a raised steel plate subfloor was met with careful mechanical preparation and the application of a self-smoothing system that delivers a joint-free, slip-resistant surface. Office Refurbishment – 3rd Floor, Westgate House, Warwick
This comprehensive office refurbishment involved creating a modern, open-plan workspace to suit the client’s operational needs. Zenith handled mechanical, electrical and structural adjustments, upgraded the lighting to energy-efficient LED systems, reconfigured internal layouts, and delivered a fresh decorative finish with new carpet tiles and paintwork throughout.
