Project Description
The landlord of a large office building enjoying a central location within Solihull town centre required both dilapidation work and refurbishment, following the departure of tenants from the office space.
Acting on behalf of the landlord, Zenith was tasked with the job of stripping out the departing tenants’ fit out, fixtures and fittings, including partitions and flooring, within two wings of the office building. The work included making good all surfaces, altering and installing new lighting, reconfiguring the air conditioning system, installing new floor finishes and interior decoration throughout.
In addition, Zenith was asked to refurbish the common lift lobby, which involved installing a bespoke timber wall divider and ceiling feature, as well as decoration and providing new furniture and signage.
Zenith completed the work on time and to budget, and the client was very happy with the results. Both dilapidation and refurbishment work was carried out smoothly and professionally, making the most of the timeframe before incoming tenants arrived. The resulting interior is clean, fresh and spacious, stylishly refurbished with a natural colour palette, with a high level of finish.
