Client Requirements
A property management company responsible for a commercial property portfolio required a rapid turnaround cleaning solution following the refurbishment of a building at Swift Valley, Rugby.
The property had recently undergone refurbishment works and had been successfully re-let. With multiple trades having worked on site, the building was left with construction dust, debris, surface residue, and general post-construction mess. The property manager required the building to be presented in a clean, hygienic, and ready-to-occupy condition ahead of the new tenants taking possession.
Timing was critical, with a narrow window available between the completion of refurbishment works and tenant handover.
Overview of Works

The team carried out a comprehensive clean throughout the property, removing construction dust and residue from all surfaces. Floors, skirting boards, and hard-to-reach areas were thoroughly cleaned to ensure a consistent finish throughout the building.
Kitchen areas, washrooms, and shared facilities were sanitised to a high hygiene standard, while interior glass and windows were cleaned to improve overall presentation. Paint splatter, adhesive residue, and marks left by contractors were also carefully removed as part of the final preparation process.

The property was delivered to the new tenants on schedule and in excellent condition, allowing them to move into a clean, professional, and hygienic workspace from day one.
