Zenith Welcomes Alex James as New Site Manager for Refurbishment Projects

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Alex James as our new Site Manager, joining the team to support our growing portfolio of refurbishment projects across the commercial, residential, and public sectors.

Alex brings with him over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, having started his career as a time-served Carpenter. He holds an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery and has gained extensive knowledge across a wide range of disciplines, making him a valuable asset to our site operations.

In addition to his trade background, Alex is qualified in Passive Fire Protection, SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme), and Asbestos Awareness - skills that enhance his already strong approach to health and safety compliance and quality assurance on site.

Alex is now applying his expertise in a Site and Project Management role, where his keen eye for detail, leadership skills, and dedication to delivery will help drive project performance from start to finish. His focus is on managing teams effectively, overseeing all phases of construction activity, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Zenith’s high standards.
