Zenith Pola Flooring achieves ISO 9001 & 14001 accreditation

Zenith Pola Flooring is proud to have renewed their ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditations, following a rigorous external audit in March 2015.

Each year, companies must undergo the rigorous and lengthy assessment process to ensure they are fully compliant with the internationally recognised quality standards. Once again, Zenith Pola Flooring is proud to have achieved the required standards for ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditation.

ISO 9001 is a Quality Management Standard, designed to increase efficiency and profitability, improve productivity and reduce mistakes and re-work. ISO 14001 is an Environmental Management Standard designed to demonstrate green credentials and commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Both are important accreditations, with compliance stipulated in tenders as a means of establishing reliability, rather than assessing individual suppliers through lengthy pre-qualification questions. ISO 9001 certification is indicative of a quality-led philosophy and is generally an essential requirement, while ISO 14001 certification is a proven business winner in a world increasingly committed to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
