Zenith Complete Project at Victoria Court

Painting & Decorating have recently completed a project at Victoria Court in Leamington Spa.

The 33,000 sq ft commercial building is in Dormer Place and the project consisted of external redecoration to the front of the building for Drake Howard Building Management; a commercial property consultancy that largely serves Coventry and Warwickshire but also various regions across the Midlands.

With access to the most innovative products on the market, the team used Johnstones Magnolia Stormshield Self-Cleaning Masonry paint for the rendered walls, as it is formulated using the latest nanotechnology in order to give a smooth and dirt-resisting finish. This allows surfaces to stay cleaner and drier for longer. The team also used Johnstones Exterior Flexi Undercoat and Gloss in white for a pristine finish.

Several of the sash windows required timber repairs and easing to get them into good working order and to look more aesthetically pleasing. Most of the work was done using cherry pickers as work had to be completed at height safely.

The client is delighted with the outcome, especially as the project only took 4 weeks to complete.
