Zenith Celebrates a Successful 2016

It’s been a record twelve months for Zenith with some exceptional success stories, highlighting the capability, resourcefulness and resilience of every division.

High profile wins for Zenith Contractors, included an extended contract from leading component manufacturer, Lisi Aerospace, to clean their new Hub 3 building; a deep environmental clean for charity, Blind Veterans UK, calling for extreme sensitivity in a blind ex-serviceman’s home and resulting in a new weekly contract; and on-going work for leading Midlands housing association, Orbit Heart of England.

Demonstrating their conformity to a wide range of compliance issues, including health & safety, finance, quality and the environment, Zenith Contractors achieved Exor Accreditation with gold status in 2016.

Zenith Refitment completed many different projects during the year, showing the versatility and tenacity of the group’s painting, decorating and refurbishment division. A dilapidation of a former paper re-cycling plant, presenting a formidable challenge and the improvement of two facilities at the Nationwide Building Society.

Likewise, Zenith Pola Flooring, the group’s flooring division, rose to the challenge in 2016, completing a record number of installations. At Unipart House in Cowley, an asphalt substrate had been causing flooring problems and Zenith’s team provided a bespoke solution for each area.

Always willing to give something back, Zenith sponsored two clients supporting charities: the first saw a member of Orbit Housing raising money for a new family centre for children with cancer at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, and the second saw Willmott Dixon Partnership raising funds for a homeless charity for young people and a small charity helping a remote West African community.

For the second year running, Zenith passed the Achilles Audit, validating their capability, competence and compliance with industry recognised supplier standards and demonstrating their commitment to best practice in every area.

Following all this work, Zenith are looking forward to taking a break over the festive season and would like to wish all clients and suppliers a very Merry Christmas and Happy New year. After that, it’s all systems go in 2017!
