Work commences in Warrington on largest contract to date
Works are now underway at a 7,200 sq m warehouse in Warrington. Originally constructed as four separate units, this space has been occupied by one tenant for many years.
Following instruction from the landlord, Zenith have begun dilapidation works to return the warehouse to its original scheme.
This sizeable contract’s 20 week programme includes significant removal and amendments to building services and the reconstruction of new party walls and welfare facilities.
In order to restore the warehouse to its former scheme, Zenith’s works include external landscaping and groundworks, roofing works, the removal of a significant fit out to suit a printing operation and making good underground drainage.
With the project’s allocated budget of £2,780,000, this marks Zenith’s largest contract value to date and is testament to the capability Zenith has demonstrated as a consistently reliable refurbishment specialist.
