Welcoming Kelly Quantrill to Zenith’s Resin Flooring Team as Project Administrator

We’re delighted to announce that Kelly Quantrill has joined Zenith Contract Services as Project Administrator within our Resin Flooring division, following the recent retirement of Sue Cheshire after an incredible 34+ years in the industry.

Kelly brings with her over 25 years of diverse experience across customer service, administration, marketing, and technical surveying. She joins us from the access hire sector, where she spent 21 successful years as a Technical Site Surveyor, demonstrating a remarkable track record for accuracy, adaptability, and consistent high performance in both office-based and field roles.

Known for her organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach, Kelly excels at managing client relationships, coordinating technical data, and supporting commercial decisions with confidence and clarity. She is highly proficient in site-specific access planning, training colleagues, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Her professional toolkit includes multiple NVQs, a background in marketing and office management, and a solid understanding of IT systems and compliance procedures—skills that will serve our resin flooring projects exceptionally well.

Kelly’s enthusiasm, experience, and dedication will continue to carry the division forward with excellence.
