A Gesture of Goodwill

Zenith Contractors have once again risen to the occasion with a fast, efficient response. They provided specialist cleaning services for a customer of local housing association, Orbit, growing their working relationship from strength to strength.

Zenith were called upon when an older gentleman had fallen and needed hospital treatment. His flat was uninhabitable and unsanitary, due to the gentleman having no access to carers or any extra help. After removing a soiled sofa and clothes and completing a waste disposal, Zenith then did a thorough deep clean, leaving the flat spotless.

Without anybody accepting responsibility and due to lack of funds, Zenith stepped in and cleaned the flat as a goodwill gesture. Their generosity means that the gentleman can return after his stay in hospital to a clean home and can have visits from carers going forward.

Debbie Quinn, Housing Scheme Assistant at Orbit, said; “We couldn’t have done it without Zenith. This act of kindness has improved a person’s way of living. Our customer is delighted with the end result and cannot thank the team enough. It is because of actions like this that Zenith Contractors are our first choice.
