Zenith Supports Save The Children with Christmas Jumper Day

Zenith Contract Services joined the nation on Friday 16th December, holding their very own Christmas Jumper Day, with various associated activities, helping to raise £75.00 for Save The Children.

As part of their Christmas Celebrations 2016, Zenith Contract Services was proud to join the national initiative, Christmas Jumper Day, launched by Save The Children on 16th December. The day was a huge success, with a record number of staff wearing Christmas Jumpers and each donating £2 to the children’s charity.

Some splendid Christmas Jumpers, including some super silly festive knits and woolly wonders, were worn by members of staff, all keen to join in the fun and support this worthy cause. In addition, a Christmas Sweepstake was held during the week leading up to the event, with the winner Nivette Chester donating all the money to Save the Children.

A Crimbo Cake Sale was also held on the day, with a great selection of cakes donated by staff and sold in aid of Save The Children. All those participating had a hugely enjoyable time, getting in the mood for Christmas and raising a substantial amount of money for Save The Children. Those who couldn’t make it in to the office were asked to make a donation and send in their Christmas Jumper selfies!

Save The Children is a UK-based international charity that supports both emergency and long-term relief and development projects, helping to save children’s lives across the world and committed to giving children a brighter future.
