Zenith Golf Day Raises £560 For Charity
Zenith’s annual Golf Day was held this year on 22nd August 2014 at Nuneaton Golf Club, attracting the biggest entry so far with 24 teams and raising a total of £560, which was donated to the Ladybugs Trust.
Every year Zenith supports a different charity at the annual Golf Day. This year the decision was made to support the ‘Ladybugs Trust’ Charity following a chance meeting with one of their best customers.
Zenith heard about the Ladybugs Trust charity whilst working on site at Sertec Wincaster House in Coleshill and following a site meeting with Paul Sant and Martyn Hancox of Zenith and the project coordinator for Sertec, Stephan Couture, it was decided to pick this very worthy charity for the 2014 Zenith Golf Day.
The Ladybugs Trust raises funds to supply highly specialist equipment for severely handicapped children to enable them to venture outdoors to enjoy the countryside and access such places as the Peak District , Snowdonia and Ben Nevis.
Members of the Zenith team are pictured here, presenting a cheque for £560 to Stephan, who can be seen alongside his daughter, Chloe.
