Zenith Focus on Building Lasting Relationships
Twenty years ago, Zenith completed the interior and exterior decoration of the Ullesthorpe Hotel, Leicestershire, forming a lasting relationship with the family owned Hotel.
Best Western Ullesthorpe Court Hotel & Golf Club is a 17th century manor house situated in 120 acres of countryside, with many of its original architectural features.
Zenith were called back to re-fresh the previous works carried out. Phil Baskerville, the hotel Maintenance Manager, has said that “after doing such a fantastic job 20 years ago, we knew we had to choose Zenith again. They are a company that we can trust and have a solid relationship with.”
Completing the exterior and interior decoration over a period of four weeks, the hotel had to remain fully operational and much of the work was at a high level, needing scaffolding and extra safety procedures to allow clear access for the Hotel guests.
Zenith worked cautiously and mindfully in the environment that remained open to the public, whilst completing the job in a time-efficient manner. The client was delighted with the end-result and further internal and external re-decoration is already planned for 2017 with Zenith as the chosen contractor.
