Moving Forward with Midland Heart

Zenith have worked together with Midland Heart for over twenty years, providing house clearance and cleaning service throughout the Midlands on a daily basis. Having retendered for the Void Clearance and Prior to Let cleaning services Zenith have successfully secured the contract with effect from March 2017.  

Widely recognised as one of the top ten housing and care organisations in the UK, Midland Heart is a leading ‘not for profit’ housing association, founded in 1925, that promotes independent living by delivering affordable quality homes and retirement properties that offer supported living services.   

Over the years, work for Midland Heart has included void property clearance and cleans, vermin control and one off specialist cleans (involving body fluids and drugs paraphernalia) to name a few.

Zenith look forward to a continued professional relationship with Midland Heart, one that has developed and grown over many years.
