Offering all the latest designer brands for men and women, Bank Fashion is an up market clothing store in Leamington Spa. As part of a refurbishment project the store owner’s wanted a new floor to look at good as its merchandise and called on the expertise of Zenith.

To make sure the finish was perfect for this retail environment the 400 sqm floor was ground and then primed with 2 coats of Altro consolidating primer, followed by Altroflow EP2000 laid at 2mm thickness. AltroFlow EP is a FeRFA Type 4/5 three-part solvent-free epoxy resin based self-smoothing floor topping, which produces a smooth, attractive and easily cleaned seamless floor.

AltroFlow EP has a high gloss finish but can be sealed with UVR WB for an aesthetically pleasing matt finish. The finished floor has given Bank the seamless, durable and aesthetically appealing look they wanted to complement their fashion range. The system also gives them the longevity against heavy footfall and ease of cleaning to keep it looking good.
